How long does shipping take for a Mokwheel e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Mokwheel bikes come pre-assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final assembly in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply to returns not related to manufacturing defects.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level, you can expect a range between 30 to 60 miles per charge. Our Power Station models offer even greater efficiency for long-distance trekking.
What kind of warranty is provided?
Every Mokwheel e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Are Mokwheel e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes have an IPX4 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the electrical components.
