At Mokwheel, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Mokwheel

  Attach the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that the bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for damages or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
